AAFPRS FALL 2013 Call For Abstracts Due by March 15, 2013

Thank you for taking time to submit this abstract for an a paper or poster presentation at the 2013 Fall Meeting, taking place October 19th-21st at the Sheraton in New Orleans, LA, If your submission is accepted for either a paper or poster presentation you are required to register for the meeting with the AAFPRS and to be physically present at the designated time in order to stage your poster or check in with the AV team to download your presentation. What is the preferred means of presentation?
Please provide 1-2 learning objectives. Learning objectives should be measurable and reflect what the participant should know or be able to do at the end of the learning period. Avoid the use of words such as"understand", "learn" or "know". Learning objectives should be active statements. "At the completion of this activity the participant should be able to..." Use verbs such as "discuss", "explain", "assess", "compare and contrast", "evaluate, etc. Objectives should relate directly to the identified need being addressed. Sources for need indentification can be : expert opinion, focus group, literature review, evaluation date, etc.
